MRL23 Series Features
MRL23 series with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride) housing is a rugged ceramic technology-based pressure transmitter that is suitable for use in harsh and corrosive environments. This pressure transmitter offers great flexibility and reliability thanks to its compact designed and can be used for a wide range of applications in process industries.
The MRL23 is available in pressure ranges from 0m H2O to 500m H2O with an output of mA or V. Featuring a standard accuracy of 0.5% FS, a accuracies of 0.25% FS and 0.1% FS are also available. The high performance construction and IP68 protection level of MRL23 make the MRL23 ideal for demanding long term applications. The MRL23 is also available with a separate amplifier in order to make the measuring head small enough so that it can be used under conditions that offer limited space.
Measuring Corrosive Liquids with MRL23
Measuring the levels of certain liquids, especially corrosive and acidic applications, is not always an easy task due to the nature of these fluids. The MRL23 is especially designed for level measurement of different corrosive liquids compatible with PTFE and PVDF (for corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, concentrated nitric acid, nitro-hydrochloric acid, etc.).
Using a pressure transmitter that is coated with PTFE can provide the accurate measurements that are needed without causing damage to the pressure transmitter or inaccurate readings. As a result, the MRL23 offers a low static and thermal error rate with reverse polarity and transient current protection. The MRL23 is designed to help our industrial customers solve challenging measuring applications with high-powered performance and reliability.
